Fantasy Premier League Draft

So, new season is about to start for our long waited FPL at last. Last year was my first season and after GW1 I have already been hooked to it. For me FPL is mostly about having fun, because the moment you start being competitive it takes over you and your daily life. So in order to have fun I mostly go for “High Risk – High Gain” model. So let me share my draft for the next season.

GK

  1. Meslier

  2. Begovic

Both are the value options, especially Meslier for 4.5 considering that Leeds has good early fixtures

DEF

  1. Alexander-Arnold

  2. Cancelo

  3. Perisic

  4. Tomiyasu

  5. Mosquera

Pretty solid defenders, Cancelo and Arnold were highest scoring defenders last season and I doubt that it will change this season. Perisic and Tomiyasu are really intriguing, since they both tend to have cleans sheets and Perisic I reckon will get lots of G/A contributions this season.

Mosquera is here just for the value 4.

MID

  1. Fernandes

  2. Rashford

  3. Luis Diaz

  4. Willock

  5. Dewsburry-Hall

I think this year will be Bruno Fernandes’ year because of ETH. Ten Haag really gets best out of Attacking Midfielders and thats the reason why i have included 2 MU players. After departure of Mane Luis Diaz is go to player as i am sure Klopp’s side will keep on scoring tons of goals every game like every season. And lastly, since my formation will be 4-3-3, I had 10m left for 2 midfielders and I chose to spend it on Willock and Dewsburry-Hall.

FWD

  1. Haaland

  2. Darwin Nunez

  3. Gabriel Jesus

Honestly I think that Haaland and Jesus will compete for “Goalscorers of The Year” and Darwin Nunez I think is undervalued, considering that Liverpool spent €75 000 on him.

Well as i said its “High Risk High Gain” and thats why I did not include Salah, Son , Kane.. etc. So what do you think? And how does your line up look like ? Feel free to comment.
